تصورات طالبات الجامعة حول أنواع أسئلة التقويم التحصيلي وانعكاساتها المعرفية والانفعالية: دراسة نوعية

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تصورات طالبات الجامعة وتفضيلاتهن لأنواع أسئلة التقويم، وكيف تنعكس هذه التصورات على خبراتهن المعرفية والانفعالية. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النوعي وتم جمع البيانات من خلال مقابلات شبه منظمة مع (28) طالبة جامعية، كما تم تحليل بياناتهن من خلال منهج التحليل الموضوعي. كشفت النتائج عن شيوع أربعة أنواع رئيسة من الأسئلة: المقالية المفتوحة، والاختيار من متعدد، والصواب/الخطأ، وملء الفراغ، مع تباين واضح في التصورات تجاه كل نوع. حيث برزت أسئلة الاختيار من متعدد كأكثر الأنواع تفضيلاً لما توفره من عدالة وموضوعية. بينما نالت الأسئلة المقالية قبول الأغلبية لقدرتها على قياس الفهم العميق والتعبير الذاتي رغم وجود بعض المخاوف حول ذاتية تصحيحها. في المقابل، كانت أسئلة الصواب والخطأ الأقل قبولاً بين المشاركات لارتباطها بالحفظ الآلي والتخمين. في حين احتلت أسئلة ملء الفراغ موقعاً وسطاً حيث توقف قبولها بين المشاركات على مدى وضوح صياغتها. وقد بينت النتائج أن تفضيلات الطالبات تعكس وعياً معرفياً وانفعالياً كبيراً بطبيعة التعلم والتقويم، مما يستدعي إعادة التفكير في تصميم أساليب التقويم الجامعي. وعليه توصي الدراسة بضرورة تنويع أشكال التقويم مع مراعاة جودة تصميم الأسئلة ووضعها، إضافةً إلى أهمية تعزيز التواصل والشفافية مع الطلبة حول طرق التقويم لضمان عدالة التقييم وتحسين مخرجات التعلم.
